Paleo f(x)™ needed a production artist to create new design concepts that would attract more attendees, speakers, and vendors to their annual conference. They needed several projects completed for branding and marketing such as vendor brochures, sponsor sales sheets, social media graphics, name tags, branded products, event signage, posters, promotional graphics, and event schedules.

Paleo f(x)™ started their first of many annual conferences in 2012. The conference is a holistic wellness event covering health, nutrition, fitness, sustainability, and self-development. It takes place in spring every year with thousands of attendees from around the world and even more through live streaming services.

They have a diverse team of professionals that handle the planning and organization of the conference. Collaboration with multiple team members was required to complete range projects.

Every year a new campaign had to be created for marketing to generate awareness about the upcoming Paleo f(x)™ event. After the event had concluded, new projects came up to promote additional sales of products offered at the event such as DVDs, giveaways, and early bird ticket sales for the conference that following year.

After the Executive Board would meet to discuss the goals for the next conference, they would develop all the content they wanted for design projects. They would then forward that newly developed content over for the design phase, and a campaign theme would be created. After the new theme had been established, all other design projects flowed from that core theme.

Paleo f(x)™ connected significantly with social media so much of the design concepts derived from what was trending on social media to capitalize on the familiarity of that medium. That helped the branding stay relevant to what was going around on the web.

Many who connect and attend the conference are people such as health entrepreneurs, bloggers, authors, podcasters, activists, professional athletes, and leaders in the health and wellness industries. Attendees, speakers, and audience members make up the active following on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Since the inception of Paleo f(x)™ in 2012, the numbers have grown to the following:

We’ve worked with Jason for 5+ years. His work is smart, polished, and on point. He has a great knack for taking our nascent ideas and quickly turning them into fully-realized, beautifully professional graphics. On a recent project, he transformed our sales brochures into something seriously impressive. In short, Jason helped us up our game big time.”
